DAY ONE:

9:00 A.M Morning Coffee: Group Introductions “Tell us Your Story”

Morning Session:

  • Discovering the Relationship you have with yourself:  we will explore ourselves and the secret to the cause of all pain.
  • Exploring the Science and Function of Your Brain: How we store memories of pain and what we do with that.
  • Recognizing the Roles we play: Are you the Hero, the Victim or the Villain of your life? Who are the others in your life playing the roles with you?

LUNCH: will be provided on site

Afternoon Session:

  • Continue with Group Introductions “Tell us Your Story”
  • Getting through all of the Conflict and Drama: Knowing what triggers our roles

Learning Goal for Day One: Understand the Source for your pain. Understanding your Memories: Storing, Suppressing and Feeling.

DAY TWO:

9:00 AM Morning Coffee and “Check-In”

Morning Session:

  • Learning the Drama Triangle: How it Works and Why.
  • Finding your Pain Foundation: What’s at the Bottom of it?

Lunch: will be provided on site

Afternoon Session:

  • Beginning the Healing Process: How do I Start?
  • Breathing through the pain: Guided Breath Work

Learning Goal Day Two: Feeling the Change Begin. Releasing your stored pain. Understanding the Movement of Negative Energy. Understanding your Own Power. The beginning of the self-question: How will I use this in my daily life?

Day Three:

9:00 AM Morning Coffee and “Check-In”

Morning Session:

  • The Solution: Knowing you can trust yourself
  • Healing the Personality: Finding and Speaking Your Truth
  • The Healing Formula: Unlocking the Key: The Five Components

Lunch: off site with Group

Afternoon Session:

  • The Healing Formula continued
  • Healing My Self: Guided Meditation
  • Four Steps to Use as Your Changed Self: Identifying  tools to use every day
  • Integration: What to expect when you go home

Learning Goal Day Three: Knowing you are Free, Healed and Whole

*All Morning and Afternoon sessions will include a combination of teaching, coaching, individual, small group and large group work; journaling exercises, group discussion and homework.
